8/26/2011 Tallahassee, Fla. – Governor Rick Scott today announced the appointment of Herbert “Will” Montoya to the Environmental Regulation Commission for the lay member seat.

Montoya, 49, of Ponte Vedra, is the owner of Montoya & Associates LLC. He succeeds John Miklos and is appointed for a term beginning August 26, 2011 and ending July 1, 2015.

The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
