11/8/2011 Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointments of Cynthia D. Borders-Byrd and Maria E. Caldwell to the Board of Accountancy.

Borders-Byrd, 53, of Lauderhill, is a managing member of C Borders-Byrd CPA LLC. She is reappointed for a term beginning November 8, 2011, and ending
October 31, 2015.

Caldwell, 45, of Miami, is the audit director at Deloitte and Touche LLP. She is reappointed for a term beginning November 8, 2011, and ending October 31, 2015.

The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
