TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointments of three and the reappointments of six to the Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee.

Dr. Richard “Rick” Foley, 41, of Sorrento, is a Consultant Pharmacist at Omnicare Central Florida and a Professor of Geriatrics at the University of Florida’s College of Pharmacy. He is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. Natasha Robinson, 38, of Pembroke Pines, is the Pharmacist Team Manager at UnitedHealthcare Optum. She is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. Mark Hudak, 61, of Jacksonville, is a Pediatrician at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville. He is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. John Bailey, 56, of Tallahassee, is a Psychiatrist at John Bailey, D. O., LLC. He is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. Julie Price, 43, of Punta Gorda, is a Spine Consultant for Medtronic. She is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Jennifer Lalani, 54, of Windermere, is the District Pharmacy Manager of CVS Health. She is reappointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. James Zenel, 55, of Tarpon Springs, is a Psychiatrist at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital. He succeeds Gary Winchester and is appointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Dr. Alan Smith, 65, of Tampa, is a Physician Medical Director with WellCare Health Plans. He succeeds Timothy Sternberg and is appointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

Jill Hanson, 42, of Parkland, is the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for Sunshine Health. She succeeds Philip Stalas and is appointed for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017.

The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
