TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced one appointment and two reappointments to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.

Representative Larry Metz, 60, of Yalaha, is the owner of Metz Law Firm P.A. and a member of the Florida House of Representatives, District 32. He succeeds Louis Conti and is appointed for a term beginning October 29, 2015, and ending June 5, 2019.

Randolph Braccialarghe, 67, of Plantation, is a law professor with the Nova Southeastern University College of Law. He is reappointed for a term beginning October 29, 2015, and ending June 5, 2019.

Donald Weidner, 70, of Tallahassee, is the dean of the Florida State University College of Law. He is reappointed for a term beginning October 29, 2015, and ending June 5, 2019.

The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
