There, you can search and access filed information for corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, trademarks, fictitious name registrations and liens. Most filed documents can be downloaded at no charge and to make the filing process easier.

Businesses can file Annual Reports for corporations online by visiting the Florida Division of Corporations website at http://ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us/index.html. To file an annual report, click on the “File Current Year Annual Report or Amended Annual Report” box. Follow the online instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: The annual report is due between January 1st and May 1st. All business entities except non-profit corporations must pay the late fee if the annual report is filed after May 1st.
