TALLAHASSEE – Governor Charlie Crist today announced the following reappointments and appointments:
Florida Building Commission
(Senate Confirmation Required)
• Hamid Bahadori, 52, of Lake Mary, senior engineer and director, Hughes Associates Inc., reappointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending February 7, 2013.
• James “Jim” Goodloe, 57, of Tallahassee, bureau chief, Florida Department of Financial Services, reappointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending March 11, 2013.
• Herminio Gonzalez, 52, of Miami, director of the Miami-Dade County Building Code Compliance Office, reappointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending January 6, 2013.
• Dale Greiner, 64, of Mount Dora, building official in Lake County, reappointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending January 9, 2013.
• Christopher “Chris” Schulte, 45, of Coconut Creek, chief operating officer, Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal Company Inc., reappointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending May 1, 2011.
• Donald Dawkins, 62, of Sarasota, community support coordinator, Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program, succeeding William Norkunas, appointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending February 7, 2013.
• Nicholas Nicholson, 62, of Brooksville, president, Nicholson Engineering, succeeding Paul Kidwell, appointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending January 13, 2013.
• John Scherer, 31, of Fort Lauderdale, vice president of construction, Gulf Building Corporation, succeeding Matthew Carlton, appointed for a term beginning June 11, 2009, and ending February 11, 2013.
