TALLAHASSEE — Governor Charlie Crist today announced the following reappointment and appointments:

Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority

· Hugh E. McGuire, 68, of Parrish, attorney with Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt, Chulock and McGuire P.A., reappointed for a term beginning November 4, 2009, and ending September 20, 2012.

· Ronnie E. Duncan, 52, of Tarpon Springs, chief executive officer and president of The Duncan Companies Inc., succeeding Shelton Quarles, appointed for a term beginning November 4, 2009, and ending September 20, 2012.

· Emilio “Sonny” Vergara, 67, of Brooksville, retired, succeeding Michael Bullerdick, appointed for a term beginning November 4, 2009, and ending September 30, 2010.
