TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Frank Allman, Jr. to the Second Judicial Circuit Court.

Frank Allman, Jr., 55, of Quincy, has served as the Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit Court since 1997. Allman served as a member of the Quincy Code Enforcement Board from 2003-2010 and is currently a board member of the Robert F. Munroe Day School Operating Board. Allman received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from Florida State University. Allman fills a vacancy created by the Supreme Court’s Order in Case No. SC15-786.
