TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of one and the appointment of three to the Florida Independent Living Council.

 

Nicole Attong, 51, of Miami, is the director for Florida International University, Embrace. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is reappointed for a term beginning January 24, 2018, and ending June 30, 2020.

 

Tyler Morris, 33, of Jacksonville, is the executive director for Independent Living Resource Center, Jacksonville Center for Independent Living. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Florida. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 24, 2018, and ending June 30, 2018.

 

Deborah Dietz, 47, of Coral Gables, is the executive director of Disability Independence Group, Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 24, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019.

 

Keli Mondello, 49, of North Reddington Beach, is the co-founder and chairman of the board for LiFT Academy and LiFT University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She succeeds John Davis and is appointed for a term beginning January 24, 2018, and ending June 30, 2020.
