TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Tarlika Nunez Navarro to the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court.

Navarro, 35, of Fort Lauderdale, is currently in private practice, and serves as managing partner at Tarlika Nunez Navarro PLLC, and as a partner at Bacchus & Navarro Law Group.  She previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and her law degree from St. Thomas School of Law. Navarro fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Alfred J. Horowitz.
