Governor Rick Scott Appoints Nicholas Mulick to Sixteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission

Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Nicholas Mulick to the Sixteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.

Mulick, 64, of Tavernier, is an attorney and owner of Nicholas W. Mulick PA. He received his bachelor’s degree from William Patterson University and his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law. Mulick has been president of both the Rotary Club of the Upper Keys and the Upper Keys Little League. He previously served on the Florida Keys Community College Board of Trustees. He served in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Mulick succeeds Edwin Scales and is appointed for a term beginning May 12, 2014, and ending July 1, 2016.
