Gov. Scott Awards Titan Metal Service with Governor’s Business Ambassador Award

During today’s jobs announcement at Titan Metal Service in Port Tampa Bay, Governor Rick Scott recognized Titan Metal Service for their commitment to creating jobs in Florida. The Governor’s Business Ambassador Award is given to individuals for their efforts in creating jobs and opportunities for Florida families.

Governor Scott said, “It is an honor to present the Business Ambassador Award to Chris Bush and Matt Rossi of Titan Metal Service for their dedication to creating jobs and opportunities in their community. February was the single biggest month for private sector job creation since I took office with the addition of 33,400 jobs for Florida families. Since December 2010, Florida has added more than 540,000 private sector jobs. Our goal is to create an opportunity economy in Florida where businesses can create jobs for generations to come, and I applaud Titan Metal Service for their efforts to make this goal a reality.”

“I am so proud of our investment in Florida and the company our team has built,” said Chris Bush, owner and general manager of Titan Metal Service. “I am honored to host Governor Scott today and am proud to know our new hires at Titan Metal Service are among those newly created jobs he will be able to tout at the announcement of March’s job figures next month. We look forward to continued growth and appreciate the Governor’s policies that support business.”
