TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the reappointment of Gary Clark and Gabriella Passidomo to the Florida Public Service Commission. These appointments are effective January 2, 2023.

 

Gary Clark

Clark, of Chipley, has been a Commissioner on the Florida Public Service Commission since 2017. Previously, he was Deputy Secretary of Land and Recreation for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Clark served as a member of the Washington County School Board, Chipola College District Board of Trustees, and the Northwest Florida Water Management District Governing Board. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

 

Gabriella Passidomo

Passidomo, of Tallahassee, has been a Commissioner on the Florida Public Service Commission since 2021. Previously, she was an attorney in the Regulatory Analysis Section of the Florida Public Service Commission’s Office of the General Counsel. Passidomo is a member of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and serves on the NARUC Committee on Gas and the NARUC Gas Subcommittee on Pipeline Safety.  Passidomo graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned her juris doctor from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

 

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
