TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis received the following bills from the Florida Legislature. The Governor has until May 8, 2023, to act on these bills.
CS/CS/HB 1297 – Capital Sexual Battery
CS/CS/HB 1359 – Offenses Involving Fentanyl or Fentanyl Analogs
CS/CS/HB 1627 – Pretrial Release and Detention
