Governor DeSantis Receives Five Bills from the Florida Legislature

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis received the following bills from the Florida Legislature. The Governor has until June 24, 2023, to act on these bills.
 
CS/CS/HB 89 – Building Construction
CS/HB 95 – Rights of Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers
CS/HB 111 – Flooding and Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Studies
HB 119 – Visiting County and Municipal Detention Facilities
CS/CS/HB 637 – Motor Vehicle Dealers, Manufactures, Importers, and Distributors
