Tallahassee, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Robbie Roepstorff to the Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees.

Robbie Roepstorff

Roepstorff, of Sanibel, is the President and Director of Edison National Bank of Fort Myers. She is a former Chair of the Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees and currently serves on the Lee County Industrial Development Authority and the Lee County Port Authority. Roepstorff also volunteers her time with the Horizon Council and Foundation, Southwest Florida Community Foundation, Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Alabama.

This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
